The Community and Location:
Monterey Country Club was developed in 1978, and nestles within 375
acres, and is centrally located to all desert cities. Monterey Country
Club is
three miles from Palm Desert's business center, shopping and theaters,
15 miles to Bermuda Dunes airport for private aircraft. Access to interstate
10 is via Monterey Avenue. There are 1206 homes at Monterey Country Club
consisting of two and three bedrooms (1269-2060- sq.ft) This particular
home is located on the golf course overlooking a fairway and a lake.
Adding to the charm of Monterey's early Californian architecture are
mature ornamental trees and desert flowers. Each of the homes is
convenient
to one or more of the 34 pools and spas. Located on the north side of the
resort, the 27,000 sq. ft. clubhouse overlooks the golf course and lakes.

Golf:
One of the finest courses in the area, our Ted Robinson designed, 27
hole, championship course will challenge the lowest handicap while
providing a beautiful escape from the day to day rush. The course features
lush palm tree lined fairways, beautiful azure lakes, and majestic
views of the Santa Rosa mountain range.
Tennis:
Monterey Country Club's championship facilities include 19 courts ten
of which are lighted for night play. Additionally, just outside of
our tennis clubhouse is our own "center court" stadium for
tournament play and special events.
Fitness:
Monterey's fitness facility located in the tennis clubhouse, features
state-of-the art aerobic and weight equipment and a trained staff to
back it up. Whether you are looking for a personal trainer to keep
you going, or a massage therapist to help you recover from a hard workout,
Monterey Country Club has it all.
