Michael Adams One of Intero’s Top Producing Agents and formerly Top 1% worldwide at Coldwell Banker I began my real estate career in the late 1980's marketing new construction residential homes and commercial developments in the UK before moving to Silicon Valley in 1995.
The
real estate market here is very competitive – you have to be a strong and
creative negotiator to get the best deal. I am proud of my track record and
my ability to strategize, present, negotiate and succeed for our clients
while maintaining the highest levels of integrity, ethics and
professionalism. Whether we are experiencing a “Seller’s Market” or a “Buyer’s Market”, our goal is always the same: to provide an exceptional real estate service – above and beyond the norm. In doing so, we aim to earn your long term trust and of course your referrals to others. We are committed to client satisfaction and will always put your needs above our own. Because of this, over 80% of our business is derived from referrals from past clients. Email: Michael@Adams321.com |

I was
raised in the Sacramento area and have lived in the Bay Area for the past 5 years.
Prior to becoming a Realtor, I worked in both the private and public sector
performing structural design and construction management. This background
lends itself well to being a Realtor since I can find issues with buildings
and property that other Realtors may not be able to see.

I have lived in this area almost my entire life growing up in Palo Alto. I went to school in UC Davis and studied Spanish abroad in Costa Rica. I then spent a year teaching English in Northern Japan.
I trained as a home inspector for 2 years but injury prevented me from continuing in this line of work. This has been priceless in my real estate career because I can analyze and evaluate inspection reports and reconcile them with seller disclosures. I am certified as combination residential building inspector (electrical, plumbing, mechanical, structural) - through the International Code Council. I also hold a contractor's license.
Prior to working as a Realtor I was a mortgage consultant so I have in depth knowledge of real estate financing. In addition to the above I hold many aviation licenses including airline transport pilot license (highest level) and have 4000+ hours of single and multi engine experience - frequently take real estate clients flying so they can see the neighborhoods and take aerial photos for marketing and thank you presents.

speak Spanish, Czech, and some Japanese Email: Libor@Adams321.com |
