Not so long ago, the market was unbelievable and a vast number of people obtained a real estate license to grab their share of the record profits - even on a part-time basis. Home prices were appreciating at a seemingly never-ending rate with no ceiling in sight. Investors were flipping numerous properties and realizing exorbitant returns on their investments. Homes were being sold within hours of hitting the market.
Recently things have changed. Home prices are plummeting, and profits are turning into losses. Foreclosures are the norm. Mortgages are difficult to obtain. Investors are unable to flip their investments. Many real estate agents are seeking other work.

Okay, I mentioned TWO GREAT WAYS TO GENERATE INCOME with the holding company. Here they are:
1. Earn income with REFERRALS. In the future, how many people will you identify as looking to buy or sell real estate? They don’t have to be in this area - they can be anywhere in the world! You can refer these buyers and sellers to active real estate agents and earn a referral fee. How much can you earn? Well, that’s up to your negotiating skills. As an example, if the property sells for $300,000 and the referred agent’s office receives a 2.5% commission and you negotiated a 25% referral fee, the holding company would receive $1,875 and YOU WOULD RECEIVE UP TO 75% OF THAT or a little over $1,400. Not bad for a phone call to the right agent. How many times could that happen for you?
2. Earn income with PROFIT SHARING. Let’s say you know an agent who is looking to join a Keller Williams market center – anywhere. After that agent joins a Keller Williams market center – having named you as the “sponsoring agent” (the person who referred them to the company), you will receive a percentage of that agent’s contribution to the profitability of his/her market center – each and every month it’s profitable! PLUS...you will receive a percentage of any agent’s contribution to the profitability of his/her market center that THAT agent sponsors. This profit sharing goes seven levels deep. If you sponsored only two agents per year, and they each sponsored only two agents per year, you would be profit sharing on 78 agents in only five years. That adds up to a lot of potential residual income. And I’ll bet you could do even better! Who do you know?
